we send packages all over the USA dozens of times a week. I have never had so many issues with trying to get a package delivered as once I had a package go through this facility. 2 weeks on an next day air package!!!  5 minutes from the facility... not happy. I will contacting corporate about this as well.

they said they delivered package. at 11:30 am its 3 pm and no package. there was never a knock on the door and no door bell was rang. and now no one can find the "delivered" package.

Horrible! Driver barely knocked for two delivery attempts. Ended up requesting UPS hold it at the Customer Center. Customer center called me and said they would be open till 2030. When I arrived at 1900 I found out they closed at 1830. Now I have to wait the whole weekend to pick up a package I must sign for.

Terrible service didn't try to resend my package. I was told someone else could pick up my package from the store, all they needed was an ID. When the person arrived they wouldn't give them the package. This place is the worst.
