I received a notice that I had a package at this POINT. I work Mon through Fri and so I left as soon as I could to make it to this POINT before they closed at 5. I'm waiting at the pick up window for my package, however the first employee says she can't find my package. Ok. I'm still waiting. I can hear them through the door talking about me and my package. Different employee comes back and says the mailman said he GAVE me my package and told me to disregard the notice. WHAT!?! If that were true, why am I here wasting my time waiting for a package?!? I said no he did not hand it to me. The employee said, well he said he did. Do not go here if you can at all avoid it! I hope my package finally shows up.

My experience has been positive. When there are long lines, additional staff asks if only stamps or mail pickup is needed, step out of the line for help. Gloria has always been gracious & helpful especially,as well as friendly. Ive seen her be firm with language barriers, saying to an Asian man he would need his english-speaking son to read the notice to him to clear up the confusion. They take the time for each person, which in todays attitude of "instant" response, shows compassion & concern. It cant be easy working in a downsizing environment & I appreciate their service.

(went to the usps on Aug. 29th) The new worker there was only worried about being fast paced, when I wanted to send an overnight package she didn't ask me the options that I can choose from, she put in everything on her own quickly and the total came out higher than usual. She also messed up another one of my packages with the sticker barcode almost covering the receivers name, and all she said was "oh sh*t... well that's okay" please train her to do better!!
