Nothing but problems with FATHOM. My bill doubled from same time last year and all I get is "you have a leak". Bill was $350.00. Neighbor fills his pool and his bill was $176.00. New meter is BS! Get rid of FATHOM Haltom City!! Also, they give you 7 days to pay before it is past due. If you don't pay the past due they turn off your water!

Set a date to pay bill a few days after the due date. Paid as promised at 7am and called in at 8:05am to make sure it was received and we would not experience a service interruption. They asked for the confirmation number which was provided and I was assured it would not be cut off. Sure enough when I got home from a 12 hour work day to a family of 6, the water was off, they were closed and I've now been on hold for quite a while. It's so sad how a company and people can treat other people this way. I read the other reviews, like how do these employees sleep at night and to not be bothered by how they treat other people/families.

If my business operated this way I would have to close. How do people that treat customers so poorly stay employed? I work hard I pay my bills and if they can’t treat me with respect they certainly cannot expect me to treat them with courtesy. And I also expect a company to honor their word especially when transitioning from a different system. If one of my employees or coworkers were to give a customer price the courteous responsible thing to do would be to honor what was said even if what was said was a mistake. I guess to some companies it Doesn’t matter. I was told I wouldn’t be disconnected I made my payment and the following day went to the office tried to make sure that the business was handled only to be given the runaround and treated like trash. It’s a shame that I’m stuck in a city where there’s no alternative but to deal with this horrible hateful rude lack of customer service. Looking forward to moving away from here so I don’t have to deal with Fathom anymore.

I never had any problems with Haltom City billing until this company took over. Now my water got cut off when I NEVER even received a notice. They claim they sent one but I never got it, only a regular bill. Do not move to Haltom City! I can't wait to get out of this city. Horrible customer service as well. I hope enough people complain to get rid of them.

I've never had an issue with a water company until 2 months into using Fathom. I wish our city didn't change. You won't get any help if you have any issues. Spent 4 days requesting help. Still not resolved.
