Awesome post office! Friendly and very knowledgeable service. Wait for Lidia if you have something complicated - she's the expert. Speed/wait-time wise, it just depends on when you get there. Each customer gets the same courteous and thorough help. Be patient if there is a line, they can't materialize clerks out of thin air when the line gets longer.

Found it really inconvenient and annoying that we are mailing through ups and they can’t even provide a little of free tape. Fedex for example tapes it for free even if we are mailing through someone else.

I called with a question but no one picked up the phone. I went in and no one was at the counter to help. I eventually figured it out with their self-service machine.

TERRIBLE they don't answer the phone, EVER. Been calling off n on for months, answered once. if i could give a negative i would.

Don't even bother trying to call. Nobody answers the lines here. The hours are not correct on Google for window service. They are open 10-5. Post office on Sierra is open at 9. The window staff are friendly but the mail sorting is slow and carriers aren't the most dependable. I don't receive mail until around 4 in the afternoon.
