Showed up here at 10am on a Wed to mail a package. Got there and there were probably 20 people in line. 2 women had been there so long they got to know each other and 1 arranged to purchase a handmade hat from the other! There were only 3 people working and one of them was only there "if you were buying stamps with cash" so she wasn't helping anyone. The older lady working there was downright rude. A woman ahead of me who was elderly with a cane waited in line almost an hour to get up to the front and be told they couldn't ship her package because the stamp fell off. In reality the worker had ripped the stamp off. They refused to help her glue it on because "we don't own glue here"..... I got up the the rude older lady and tried to pay cash for sending my package. She yelled at me asking why I had to pay cash. If you don't have more than an hour to spend waiting here, go to a different post office

This place is an utter embarrassment to U.S. Postal Service! If you love inattentive, de-motivated, disrespectful, "I hate my job" postal automatons, THIS is the place for you! I have NEVER seen such low moral and/or outright depression in place that exists solely to provide customer service. SO poorly staffed!!! I have never seen less than 10 people in line each time I have gone there. It is NOT worth it for a "quick" stop in, unless you plan on using the self-serve machine in the outer lobby; at least the machine seems eager to serve. I recommend that you take the time to drive 10 minutes farther, in any direction, to another post office... you'll be glad you did.

I haven't had any issues with sending out mail from this location. The drive thru outgoing mailboxes are really easy to get to making for a quick trip. The location seems to always be busy with people inside so if you're looking to run in quick, think again. Plan to stand in line for several minutes.

Not only is the staff rude and unfriendly ( do they even know what a smile is??) But last time I was there the counter person loudly shamed me for not affixing the return label to my package .. Most recently, I had two rather expensive packages delivered two doors down to my neighbor. My address is clearly displayed on both packages, but for some reason decided to drop them off 2 doors down. Thankfully this neighbor is a friend of mine and brought the packages to me. Mail delivery times are inconsistent and sloppy, with the mail being shoved in the box , and outgoing mail was completely ignored, and yes the flag was up. Poor service all around and rude ppl. My opinion is that it comes from the top down, perhaps some housecleaning needs to be done or retraining as to what proper customer service is..

My dad worked for the USPS for over 42 years and said one of the most important things a government employee should remember was they were on the job to serve the public. I received a large, heavy rug from Afghanistan today, Eric from the Roseville office delivered it to my house. He put it in an easily accessible place and reminded me it was very heavy.. He was friendly , efficient and even used proper body mechanics. My Dad would say he understood good customer service!
