I have put out several notes on my mailbox for USPS to not leave any packages in the entry way of my apartment if the box doesn’t fit in the secured compartments outside. Yet they always leave them and I result in having my packages taken. They fail to even put packages in the secured compartments even when they do fit! And they never take responsibility for it. I have tried contacting them multiple times to let them know not to leave packages and they never answer. I even had another post office in the area contact them and they still won’t return my calls. Horrible customer service.

Clearly every employee here hates their job. Failed to see not even one smile from anyone. I felt as if I was inconviening the lady who helped me.

The location is fine. The building is fine. The employees...nope, get a freaking new job if you hate it so much!

Phone number is wrong. They don't answer the phone at all at this location.

Tracking system is completely worthless and the stations listed phone number is "being fixed" for over a month. Just two more reasons the USPS is a completely worthless system. A huge waste of tax money is sent to these lazy inefficient people. I wish I could give negative stars. UPDATE: Two years later and the contact phone number issue still isn't resolved. Really?
