For a "city" of less than 60,000 I expected faster service. In fact I actually expected service. 24 minutes I waited. I needed to pick up an item, I rang the bell, waited 8 mins no answer, I go to wait in line, speak with someone they said okay. Someone will be there to help you shortly( instead of just going back there themselves) I rang the doorbell again...waited 8 minutes. I come from cities that range from 1 million to 3 million people and I received faster service there. They weren't even that busy. First world problem, I know.

I always find the employees helpful, patient, and kind. I am in there regularly for work and don't often have to wait long.

A complete disgrace to customer service, what's so many of nauseous disgusting rules on how to send a letter it is amazing how this service is still possibly in business.

I've attempted to send the same piece of mail three times and had it returned to me for some obscure rule. And I'm coming to find that I'm not the only one who has these issues.

I can only hope that the regular employees find a better business to work for.

Dear God let FedEx, UPS or Amazon take this business away from these ********.

Not understanding why coupon mailers and city calendars are not delivered.  Is the carriers not feluvering because they don't want to be bothered?
