Don't waste your time trying to call them to help them fix their own mistakes. Clearly the phone system is designed to not allow you to talk to anyone for any reason. The voice prompts will make crazy because you will never talk to a real person. Wait time is a totally reasonable at 45-50 minutes. Grrrrrrrrrr! But you can readily hear their privacy policy or take a survey of your "experience." I think I'll have my computer call their computer next time.

Amazon needs to take action this is out of my control. Description of issue: There is a systemic issue with Surepost package delivery and my local PO in Bozeman MT. The past two packages which have resulted in untimely deliveries are a result of disregard by the USPS of Amazon packages. They claim there is an access issue which is a boldface lie. They won't tell me where the packages are nor hand them over to me. All major carriers (esp. UPS and FedEx) make multiple deliveries in my neighborhood and my home everyday. How can i assure that no items are shipped to me via whatever service is chosen at shipment that results int the USPS Bozeman becoming the middleman????

Typical government operation. You pay to ship and insure an item and when things go bad on their end they are not there to help you. I have spent thousands on shipping with them and every time theres a problem Im totally on my own. I will be switching to UPS or FED EX. You should do the same.

Risked my own Life on 7th digging out our mail box for an Hour and Twenty minutes with traffic whipping by . 5:42PM revived a notice it wont be delivered. Never saw a truck slow down let alone stop had been watching the box from 2pm a normal delivery time to the notification. Government Ran Incompetence.

They took all of the mail out of my mailbox and sent me a change of address request and a hold on my mail. Now I have to go into the office and recover all of my mail for no reason. Awesome.
