Weren't delivering my mail for a week never left a note why, went there to figure out why and wasn't given an answer.

Never had a problem with a post office until here. I constantly have to find out where my packages are. I've received broken items but sorry there was no insurance. My key is currently jammed in a parcel lock and there is no way to get my package until atleast Monday I'm sure. They took it from billings to butte yesterday and then back to Belgrade today. (Seems like a wasted trip to me)

If you need anything outside of normal mail delivery, it won't get done until you get angry. The staff is nice enough and they have the right words but they don't back up the words with action to fix your problem. 4 trips to the post office, 2 afternoons sitting around waiting, key left with the post office along with name, address, and phone number and still nothing. Meanwhile, I have packages that, according to the tracking info, were left sitting in the mail box 6 days ago that i still can't access. The initial vandalism wasn't their fault, but their "fix" locked me out of my own mail box for over a week now. How long do I have to wait for them to fix their "fix" before I can break into my own mailbox?

terrible experience!!!!! I needed my package to be delivered and my package was pending for weeks! I called to check on it and they left me on hold for an hour when they finally hung up and never called back!
