I was having very good experience with this post office until today. However I am going to leave some complaints. December 19th 2017, I had 2 expected packages to be delivered to my house, but they did not. Checking tracking numbers saying it is transit to destination, but I just wanted to know if the truck has stop by the local post office and dropped my packages maybe planning to deliver the next day. I visited post office with large queue which is totally fine since it is end of the year, and it is expected to have many people sending stuffs all over. Anyways, my turn has came, I just simply told that I have 2 packages expected deliver by today and it has not been delivered. She asked for slip, and I answered no because I was just checking if packages are there or not. She then automatically answered "I can't" with no reasons. Her grumpy attitude shocked me because she was speaking so nicely to the person who had something to send right before my turn. Maybe she did not expect Asian customer or whatever. Eventually she asked for tracking numbers and my photo ID WHICH SHE HAS DONE BEFORE ANSWERING SHE CAN'T. I just did not want to make a mess with her in front of many people waiting for their turn, so I just looked at her name tag and walked away. Her name was THERESA and if you are somebody who is not white person, I guess you better find another person to help you. ^^ Thanks for the great experience!

The staff is friendly and quick, but this is one of the worst designed post offices I've ever seen. The parking lot is a pain to get through, and if it's busy, good luck finding a spot to park. They have a tiny amount of parking spots, and they are at weird angles or on weird one ways. The main doors are automatic doors, and it feels like the motors are on their last few days. They don't open, and it's a pain to force them open at times. The main desk is in an odd setup as well, and if you don't have everything you need to ship your package, it's almost impossible to find whatever it is you need without asking (which, I hate doing, because you either wait till your at the front of the line, or try and cut someone off). I feel bad avoiding this office because the staff is so nice, but that design is just horrid, and it's a pain to visit quickly because of it.

IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO PICK UP & DROP THE MAIL OR GET SOME THING ELSE !

This is the second time they've lost my package. And they refuse to replace or help get it back.
