I am home all day. The Mailman didn’t even come to my door to try to deliver my package and left a note in my mailbox. And the tracking said it’s delivered in the mailbox but it wasn’t. So I called post office in Layton “Lorry”(?) picked up the phone and said the item is too big it wouldn’t fit in the mailbox so you need to come pick up. But the package is a small padded envelope. Maybe she saw the wrong package but she was so rude and was arguing with me. “I saw the package, i saw it, its big, i saw it maam.”  So i told her she shouldn’t be arguing with me and deliver my item back since the mailman didn’t even try deliver it to my door. still she was telling to come pick up so i told her no this is why i buy stuff online and the mailman needs to stop being lazy and do his job. Anyway She was so rude.

Order a gift 17 days ago and now it wount be delivered untill after Christmas because I didn't put it in as a priority. So they pushed all priorities above mine and pretty much told me oh well nothing they can do even tho I ordered that far ahead. That's a good reminder for the future, if the web site shows that it's going through the postal service back out and find it else where.

I've always had fast, friendly service at the Layton post office. They're very helpful, no matter how complicated my postage needs are.

My package wasnt allowed to be left at my house. It needed a signature even though I didn't request one. I tried to call in and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. I asked her a simple question about coming to pick it up and she snapped at me. Then she tried to redirect me, giving me information about the carrier and such. All I wanted to know was if my sister was able to pick it up since I didn't ask it to be signed. The woman wasn't having any of it and just said no, and that was it.

clerk 07 very rude and rushing me out. I was buying 3 international stamps for cards that were already addressed and sealed. All I had to do was place the 3 stamps on them to hand them back to her and she literally pushed my belongings on the counter to the side wantingme to leave.
