Staff is incredibly friendly. Priority mail packages always are delivered on time. Never had a lost package. I sell on ebay, been very impressed with usps as a whole.

Priority box arrives on 1/17/18, says out for delivery, but was NEVER delivered. No status on it today, 1/18/18. SO VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable each time I need to stop in. Both this location and the Rose Station employees obviously take a lot of pride in their work.

-Won't pick up the phone ever, lived here in town two years to date, and never once has the phone been picked up.
-I've gone in for information about a passport my head was snapped off.
-Waited in like for 20 minutes before an attendant came out.
-On top of all of that she barked orders at me which was openly disrespectful.  
-If there was another fully function branch close by I'd go there first anyday if it means I'll be treated with respect!

-I thought that people we supposed to do their jobs and treat others with respect.  Terrible impression to leave on a 20 year old college student who looks to adults for examples.  Someone is always watching.  I Dont care if you hate your job, you are always free to find another career, you don't take it out on an unsuspecting customer who is not responsible for your misfortune.  Good day!
