I have had good customer service here! Soemtimes the line is too long, but they do their best! I also find it to be well kept.

I sent a parcel to my Grandson and it arrived on time as scheduled for a minimal cost as compared to other carriers.

In store service is awful, and the drivers are worse. In the last 3-5 months I've had numerous packages delivered to my neighboring apartment units when our doors are clearly marked. I've checked tracking#'s that said "notice left at door", but there is nothing on the door or mailbox and my neighbors haven't received anything either. A few ladies even open the screen door, THROW the package against the door, then slam the screen door shut (causing broken closers on screen doors). When you open the door to say something, or you yell at them because they ignore you, they just keep walking to the truck and continue to ignore you. Then when you call to complain to the postmaster general they don't give a rat either. They say "I'll have a talk with the crew" every time. Well, this has been going on for 2 years now and about 6 months ago so got tired of it and started writing reviews. This is an updated review, made on 12/9/16.

I keep having people from completely different locations coming to my home with packages the USPS delivered to the wrong addresses! This happens all of the time and now I just found they delivered my new laptop (which i absolutely needed ASAP) 5 days ago to the wrong address and I have no idea where! These people are complete morons.
