I bought an expensive collector's edition memorial magazine, the package had "do not bend" stamped all over it, and they folded it like a taco and crammed it into my tiny 5" tall mail cubby. Needless to say, it was wrinkled up and ruined. Pretty sad about it.

I am posting 2 stars because there is one carrier who is awesome. She is very professional and does a great job extremely accurate. That being said, there is another carrier (or more than one I'm not sure) who really needs to look for another job. I am constantly getting my neighbors mail and vise-versa. I've had several packages delivered to the wrong address, and one $50 item lost completely. The customer service is less than helpful and often rude or abrasive on the phone. If you have a package to be delivered I suggest UPS or FedEx.

I rarely have to wait and have been helped with many different kinds of questions. If they could not provide a solution they directed me to the right place. I have come to send packages for which they will help me get the best price. I also pick up packages here which has been a quick and easy process.

No discipline for letter carriers that shirk their duties; staff inside are pretty nice. We use Postal Connections to get consistent and secure service and package delivery.

Customer service is seriously lacking. They tend to seem annoyed that they have to deal with customers. It's worth the extra drive to use a post office in Salem.
