Ron at Penacook post office is Wonderful! Not only does he know his job WELL, he has a great memory and is sincerely kind. I hope that the postal service knows what a great asset they have in an employee like Ron. Thank you for taking care of all of our post office and shipping needs all year Ron! Box 6093 and I am sure all the other appreciative regular customers of yours as well.

It's a post office. I dunno what you'd like to know...but the place is clean and professional. The staff is great.

Last 2 deliveries and 1 scheduled redelivery I was home when it said package delivery attempt failed. They didn't ring the bell and no pink attempt slip was left. Tried to call but I can only talk to an automatic phone system robot who eventually will connect me to a person across the country that can only Schedule a redelivery or tell me I can pick up during business hours. I work a standard 8-5 shift so I can't stop by. Saturday is the only day I can come in. I can't always have attempted deliveries then have to pick up my package a week later at the facility. I can't even voice my issue to a real person through the phone to try to resolve anything. That's why I'm posting here, Not very helpful...

The drivers are total divas and don't always feel like coming up my driveway to deliver packages - especially in the cold or snow. Mailbox is always plowed out too. Fedex and UPS never seem to have an issue though...ever...i'm still waiting on mail that was 'delivered' 4 days ago......something i ordered from a business trip that i have to go buy again.
