Totally rude, unhelpful, can't figure out where my packages are, can't deliver them, don't notify me where they are, and all they have to say is, "you should probably cancel the order, then other it again, it would be quicker," what the hell is that?! This was from the supervisor... Wish I could tell my clients that And keep my cushy job and benefits.

Tried to find where a package was. Said to be unable to be delivered at said address that I have lived at for all of 15 years. Had one package rerouted to Missouri from Hooksett and then back to Hooksett. Not sure whats going on with the post office lately but i am not impressed. I have been having mail issue for almost a year now. Unacceptable in my opinion

Of all of the postal locations, this is the most efficient. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I go out of my way to visit this location.

Love the staff! There is always a line, but I much prefer standing in line for a couple minutes to be greeted by a friendly face than to be served right away but with a nasty attitude.
