They are very helpful every time I go which is a lot since we have a PO Box there. 

Sure every now and then they forget to put a package notice in our box but if tracking shows delivered, I just ask and they will look. Small town service is good.

More so about our postal carrier, she constantly delivers us the wrong mail and most likely has delivered our mail to the wrong house as well. The house numbers aren't even remotely the same, there is no excuse for that.

It takes DAYS for someone to actually answer the phone. I called 20 times a day for a week and nobody ever answered. I finally called the USPS toll free number to have a message sent to them. Are you kidding? So poorly run. If this was a real business everyone at this  place would be unemployed. Why do we accept such poor service here. I look forward to the day these all close and we go electronic.
