We live in a townhome community with one large area with everyone's mailboxes attached. Every week I have at least one letter in my box from another household in my mailbox. I have complained multiple times to no avail. I am terrified that someone will get our personal information or something valuable and not return it. This is ridiculous.

I personally spoke to the manager, because our delivery has been consistently delivered to other neighbors even though it CLEARLY shows the right address. We trust you with our mail and to have our packages sitting for months in the wrong lockbox and our financial mail delivered to our neighbors is totally unacceptable.

I've been going to this post office both by myself and with my mother since I was a kid. I've never really had an "issue" per se...except the wait time to get your mail weighed. Today disturbed me. A lady who was ahead of me with another employee was asking if her card went through correctly. I assume because it was giving a delay as to if the payment was accepted. The employee just kind of had this annoyed face and told the woman to sign. I didn't pay any attention further seeing as it was my turn next to give my mail to the other employee, Scott, who has been there since I was an early teen. While I was waiting for him to give me my total and the other customer who was ahead of me had left out the door, he made the smart ass remark to the employee " *laughing* that reminded me of that scene from "Harry Met Sally" where she orders the food". Totally appalled that he thought that was the right place and time to make fun of a customer INFRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Highly unprofessional. Joke about it on your own time, not in front of people. I was half tempted to stop the lady before she was out of the parking lot and let her know what an ass those 2 were about her, but I just let it go. She seemed like she was in a hurry anyways. Only reason I come to this post office is because I'm out and about running errands in Conway.

My mail hasn't ran in two days. They can't seem to keep a driver for our area. We mailed a card to our daughter in Florida for Christmas. She never got it, I guess the mail man decided to open it and take the gift cards. We mailed Valentine's to family in nc when they received it the letter was damaged, opened and they took the suckers the kids mailed to the grandparent's. Had enough nerve to leave the wrapper in the envelope. I thought the post office was a government job with intense background checks. They must hire anyone here. Sad when you can't trust the post office with your mail. Isn't tampering with mail a federal offense?????

I've shipped three packages out at this post office, and each transaction has been perfect. Fast, friendly, and without issue.
