This location is understaffed at almost every time of the day. There are not enough parking spots for their location either. Due to lack of parking I was forced to park in a location that was labeled for package delivery which I was dropping off a package, I was not at another store. My major issue is that the post office truck purposefully parked me in for an extended period of time rather than parking in the spot that was open next to me or waiting politely if he could not fit in the open spot. He came out and refused to move his truck even after I asked him. He just continued to load his truck. This person (I believe he said his name Tad or Jad?) has no customer service experience or training at all, a simple moving of his truck could have saved everyone this hassle but instead he decided to park me in on purpose to be a jackass about the mislabeling of their own parking spots. If it is for USPS vehicles only label it as such (which it clearly is not). That and add more spots to properly handle higher customer volumes. There is no wonder USPS is losing all their business to better ran delivery firms willing to be friendly with customers. Price is not everything in this world and the post office is one that will lose all their business if they do not start treating people who do use the USPS services better. P.S. I will not continue using USPS as long as Jad or Tad works for you.

Sixth person in line and one teller. Teller was friendly but spent a lot of time talking to the person at the front of the line and the rest of the line had a long wait.
