This place is a joke. I always pay extra to get things shipped UPS or Fed Ex because they will deliver your package to someone else, always. It's almost like they do it on purpose. I got one of my packages 2 weeks after it was "delivered". The box had been opened and re-taped also some items were opened and missing in that package. And forget calling the post master he doesn't do anything to fix the problems. He likes to tell me that it was scanned wrong and don't worry about it, it will show up in a few days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

busy location and no automated teller which is a downfall for sure but staff is nice and knows there stuff from my experiences and its far better then quite a few post offices i've been to in the last few years (and I go to a lot of them!) If you live near by this is prob your best bet if your traveling however you might be passing by one that suites your needs more

They say they attempted to deliver something on a Saturday, but never did. First off, it fits in my mailbox, so no extra work necessary to deliver it. Second, I've been home all morning. They just didn't feel like "working" and now the item I really needed can't be delivered for another three days because of the 4th. Thanks Big Lake USPS. Great work ethics, as usual.

The mail man/woman does everything in their power to shove any package into my mail box so they don't have to get out and put it at the door step. It's ridiculous how long it takes me to get the package along with all my bent mail out of the box. It's a constant thing

This is the most poorly run operation that I have ever encountered in my life. I left 6 notes for the mail carrier to forward the mail for a man that lived at my home prior to us living here. Nothing was ever done so I spoke with the head mail clerk and then the post master Dale on 4 separate occasions. I called the USPS customer service line for support and I received this guy's mail again today. There is even  a bright fluorescent green note in my mailbox that says fwd mail for _______. 12 times total I have asked for this to be taken care of and it hasnt.
