We always get great service from Rod and the gang at the Elko Post Office.  Too many people wait until the last minute to bring packages then get angry and frustrated when the lines are long and it takes too long.  Print your labels at home!  Then just drop off the boxes and go on your way.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the annex on Aspen. People behind the counter are very friendly and courteous. I've never had a package lost or returned. Good job!

The staff is friendly but it absolutely drives me insane that I pay for the shipping of my products and they wont deliver them to me. I always have to drive to the AMEX and pick them up. I have never had such a lazy experience with the post before. I have lived in many places and this is the first time I have ever had a post worker say "I don't walk deliveries to the door, if it doesn't fit in my mail box it's not my problem." Insane and super frustrating! I get so disappointed when the companies I buy from use USPS vs FedEx or UPS

Waited for a package all day at home. Checked the tracking number online and it said that the mailman came to my house and left a notice. No one came to my door today and no notice was left
