Story

The Bridgeport Main Post Office is located at 120 Middle Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. It is a three story Moderne/Art Deco, designed by Louis A. Simon, the supervising architect of the United States Treasury Department, and completed in 1934. The building notably includes artwork funded by the department's Section of Painting and Sculpture, with murals in its lobby area drawn by R. L. Lambden depicting mail delivery through the ages.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Why would you scan a package as " delivered" if it has no yet been delivered? Better yet ... why would you leave a package unsecured in an apartment complex hallway rather than bringing it back to the office to keep it safe?

They don't leave delivery notices, if I didn't have internet access most of my packages would have been sent back. They lost one package and I was given 3 numbers to call which weren't picked up, there's never a supervisor on duty. And the 1800 number is beyond useless. 2hrs + wait times. The worst part is we are stuck with this disgusting service.

This was the most terrible service i ever had two packages not delivered two different people two different times two different cards used and still unsatisfactory i will never use this service again

From Stratford UPS location I sent a letter through USPS for priority. Was delivered to this location first. The destination my letter was to be delivered to is in the SAME zip code as this post office. WHY WAS IT SENT TO NEW JERSEY!?!?! Tracking confirmed it was leaving New Jersey and now I have no idea where my letter is.. Stupidest thing I have ever seen. BEYOND PISSED.

Most of them are totally unprofessional and rude, I spent 2 days in a package that never arrived I talk with one supervisor and he didn't give me no information just "The package is missing, we can't do anything" one of the teller "a black young lady" she was so nice with me and gave me more information than her supervisor... I have had 2 issues with them: They are slow, unprofessional, untrusted, most of the tellers don't care about the customer...
