I paid for a package to be delivered priority mail. I checked the tracking and found out It was not delivered. After waiting an hour and a half on hold, the employee told me that they don't deliver to apartments. After repeatedly asking her where the hell my package was that I paid priority mail for and had been guaranteed a delivery date she told me that it was at the post office and that they don't deliver to apartments (even though I had sent a package before to this address). When I paid for the package at the post office the employee NEVER mentioned this to me that it was an issue delivering to this specific address. So now my friend has to drive to his local post office and pick it up himself which is a huge inconvenience. I had sent him this package as a birthday present to him that he now has to PICK UP himself. Way to be completely dishonest about their policies and didn't even bother to refund me my money. I paid to deliver a package it's not that complicated. It costs an arm and a leg already and they can't even do their job! They make it extremely clear that they have no interest in customer service. What a joke! Oh and on the phone call the employee actually told me "I AM GOING TO DISCONNECT THIS PHONE CALL BECAUSE YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME". I WAS TRYING TO ASK QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS! So if a customer is calling to try to solve an issue you're just going to dismiss them??

Why is this location even in operation? The driver left with a package two days back. They are unable to trace. Manager on location was rude as hell. No help. No straight answer. Usps overall has been a dissapointing experience. Specially after loosing two of my packages in a row.

The most incompetant group I’ve ever dealt with. They never give straight answers, supervisors are rude and even less helpful, they offer as much insight to what’s going on as a deaf mute music instructor!!!

only an 800 number to talk too wait time on hold approx. 1hour and 35 minutes, unbelievable, they lost a package with tracking number, says out for delivery but never was, "what ? did the driver steal it or something. where did it go...never never land I guess...we need to privatize the post office, they just get worse every year...time for a change

Lazy employees , when delivering your mail they come when they want and dont even get out of the mail truck.
