My driver keeps loosing my mail. I've lost two packages in the past month! I've called this number multiple times and I can never get through. There's an hour or two wait, every time I call. I have no faith in usps. I'd much rather prefer UPS or FEDEX! :(

Terrible service today in order to get a simple pass port picture. I waited until the line was clear of customers  which would means that I would be next . Not true ‼️cause customers continued to come in causing a long wait time. 
I really had to voice my opinion to the sleeping 💤 employee asking customer do they need help before going back to sleep.  
😡 it’s was ridiculous to wait and watch this lady sleep on the job .

I expected an order from Amazon. One morning my package was "out for delivery". When I didnt receive it that evening, I checked and my package was "ready for pickup" at this post office. When I called to straighten it out. I was unable to speak with a representative. My call was way too long and way too difficult.

Every attempt to get through to a human ends up in "tracking package" which conveniently leaves no way to complain about the speeding mail carrier that doesn't deliver or mail properly.
