Went to go get my passport application submitted and photo taken on Saturday. Website says they close the Passport Office at 1:30 PM. Got there at 1:05 PM and after waiting for 20 minutes was told the office closed at 11:30 AM due to the number of people already waiting in line. 4 people ahead of me claimed to be waiting since 12:30 PM to get into the Passport Office but it was closed and they were also told to go home and come back next business day. 

If it says it is busy it is best to get there early or they will just tell you "tough luck" and turn you away. No idea why they would say the Office is open until 1:30 PM but turn away customers who were waiting since 12:30 PM and had no assistance. Find a different post office to go to for your passport needs.

You pull in the parking lot and you're lucky if there's a spot. Then once you get out, forget taking that ice or snow off your car, or doing anything time-consuming, because there's a car nearby waiting for you to pull out. And that car is backing up traffic behind it.

If you are shipping something using stamps but are not sure how many stamps you need... bring your phone calculator or regular calculator with you. Apparently post office workers don't do calculations to tell you how many stamps you need for an envelope, nor do they even have calculators at the desk there. 

Today there were like 4 or 5 customer service people there, but I managed to get the guy I hate. He is pretty old, a little chunky, glasses and a beard, gray hairs, and talks WAY too fast. Plus he speaks only in post office lingo. 

When talking about shipping, he doesn't call it by its name, "2nd class, 3rd class, etc." but by something else. He told me there were two options for shipping but there were three options on the card payment screen, but he just kept saying there were two options and never clarified what they were. I asked if I could get tracking for one of the envelopes, he said something I didn't understand/didn't answer my question. 

I told him he was speaking too fast. He said, "People speak differently. This is how I speak, I can't help that."

Plus you have to tell them right away if you are using stamps. After I got them out of my bag this guy is already putting a sticker on one envelope. I was like, "Oh, I wanted to pay in stamps." He didn't like that. "You should've told me!" he said.

When I left, he said the tracking numbers are on the receipt. I saw him circle something I knew were not tracking numbers. I get home and see he circled a QR code.

God forbid he actually explains things to you in a nice way, at a normal speed. When I was talking, he was talking over me, FAST.

I gave two stars because there are a few nice people at this post office, but the rude ones are not worth my time.

This is a very busy office, but they are pretty quick and pleasant to deal with.  I needed a passport and even though I had a few issues filling it out (my fault) I found the employees helpful.  I think they deserve a better review for the volume of people they serve.  Thank you for making my experiences pleasant.

The most RUDE and the most horrible customer service ever!!! One of the ladies that was working didn’t even answer my question she just yelled and kicked me out because they were closing.
