Incompetence is the word that comes to mind when I think of this place. This isn't based off of 1 or 2 bad times with these folks either. Where I live I order a lot of stuff offline and I would say 80% of the time it's not delivered. And of those times I can usually show up at my box right after it's not delivered with the reason being no box available and there will be 2 to 3 open delivery spots. I have even found the lady delivering mail before and she just told me that she didn't even bring it because she "figured there would not be room". I am very patient and understanding but when the box will even fit in my normal mail slot and they still will not deliver it, I just cannot wrap my brain around it being any reason other than just refusal to work. The staff that work the desk at the office seem to be nice enough except for one and he is easy to pick out since he never smiles and you can tell he doesn't care to be helpful to you in any way by his demeanor. The person who answers the phone for them at times seems to hate their job too. Maybe this all boils down to poor management but I have had horrible experiences with this place. Now excuse me while I request another redelivery for my mail again and again and again....

The worst experience with shipping company! On Jan 8th 2018, a package should be delivered to my mail box or leasing office before 8 pm. The leasing office of my apartment close at 5 pm, therefore I wait front of the office at 5 because I think the usps may delay couple minutes. I wait until 5:20 pm, then I found that tracking number shows it has been delivered at 5: 17 in my mailbox. What a funny story? I was there! front of my mailbox. there is no usps truck, no usps person, and no my package!!! OK, this is not the worst part in this incident. I call usps store, the supervisor said going to leave a note to carrier and call me back next day morning. Sounds good?! Today, I am waiting for the call from 8 am until now. I call usps again, a lady said her supervisor off today!!!!! Are you kidding me? what? How dare you treat customer like this? OK, this is still not the worst part in this incident. I ask her why your supervisor doing this to me, she said: I DON'T HAVE TO TALK TO YOU BECAUSE YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. Good enough!

0 stars. Won't answer the phone. Payed extra for shipping for books for my class I needed. Tracking won't update. Plus still haven't gotten my books. Has to rank in the top 5 post offices in America

The worst post office ever. Yes, it's a college town. Yes, it's the only post office. But the lack of professionalism is not okay. Staff are always rude and lazy. Drivers refuse to deliver packages to apartment complexes, forcing the residents to jump through loops to get packages. Why? The postmaster didn't get along with the apartment manager. The wait times are the real evil though. I can walk in, no cars in the lot, and still be there foe twenty minutes trying to get a package they refused to deliver.
