route driver can't pick up mail that has been scheduled for pick up. Also doesn't scan packages that are priority pick ups which causes bad reviews for small business owners. need some new delivery people that are competent not complacent.

First of all I want to send a very special " thank you " to Terry Adams.  For helping me with a package location. My mother and me moved to olive branch two years ago and we are very pleased with our local post office. Whenever I have a problem they go above and beyond to help. This post office is very busy all the time, but the customer service is outstanding. Thank you to all the employees of the olive branch post office.

I have always received good service when using this facility. The staff has been nice to me. I have only sent registered mail or priority mail and things went as expected. Parking is good. Access is good. It can be busy, especially around lunch time. I have seen the line backed up almost to the door, which can be about 15-20 people. They generally have all 3 stations open, but most times it is only 2 stations during regular times and seasons.

I really think they are  very good! And they treat you like family! They are nice and friendly helpers and caseworkers when it comes to needy help with your Ssi or ssa

Mailman threw a box on my porch. It is dented badly and is a printer that does not work due to the damage. I was home when this happened and heard the thud of the box and then he rang the doorbell.
