Very nice staff. Sometimes it can be busy

So i have a package coming in on a sunday....get an email saying they had no access to my building....ummmm you deliver our mail....you have the code. But why would they need the code when they never even came. At the time they said they tried delivering i was sitting outside with my son and no mail truck ever came by. I have been watching for the packages all day

Lost an incredibly important priority package. Has no ability to find or track the employee who scanned my package and never delivered it. Highly frustrated.
