Rude woman behind the counter who turned me away when I walked in 2 minutes before closing.

Package was ready to go and wouldn't have taken 2 minutes, but she was a jerk about it.

Aĺl sraff are helpful comptent & go out of their way for me. IVE been a customer approx  13 years. Their USA  postal supervisors shld B proud of each one who is on site working @ fhis facility & the ones who retired. Also, outr current mail Postal driver, Gŕeg, is very kind & efficent as was the previous mailman who retired çant remember his name.  B 4 I sign off , theŕe was a Postal gal think her name was Kathy. or Cathy,  about ? 5 yrs. ago. Think she is retired. She had trsferred 2 Peoria, Il. P.O. When she was working @ E.P. PO. she went ABOVE  THE  CAĹ OF DUTY BY contacting another Postal Rep. Supervisor & was able 2 help a friend of my mom who was unable 2 walk up approx 20 steps for her mail & appropriate paper was submitted by her Medical MD but had not been processed? Within approx. 10 days ot less CATHY was able 2 coordinate with the correct individuals  around Havana, Il. & mos friend who was  ill could just reach out her door & get her mail.  ĢIOD bless Cathy & each of the Postal gals & guys who R dedicated 2 rheir  customers. Compensate our E.P. postal employees.Txs. Veteran, Nam , & Army  Nurse Corps.  Vietnam.

The staff has no manners. They do not answer their phone and are not helpful in anyway

Worst experience ever. Kathy at front desk was really rude both times I had to work with her. Had an issue with mail delivery and would not help and then threatened to call the police. Also had a customer physically push me and they did nothing about it. I've worked in customer care for going on 15 years and this is not how to treat a customer.
