Doreen is amazing! We stopped in today to get passports for our girls and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. She was very personable, patient, and professional — it was such a pleasure to meet her. Thank you!
I went here 4 weeks ago for the passport service and I had my passport photo taken here also. Doreen and Bertin were both very friendly and helpful. There was also a new trainee there and she was nice too. I had a Texas driver's license so I had to provide an additional form of ID I provided a social security card . They will make the process was easy and smooth for you so just be sure that you have all of the required documents. As of 2 days ago I've received my passport. Thank you so much to all the staff here at this location for your hard work and professionalism.
They need a self-serve kiosk or at least just the stamp-selling machine . Having to stand behind 11 people with multiple packages and only one cashier, all I want is a stamp. I have not seen a post office in a decade without some kind of stamp-selling machine.

There are not enough kind words in the English language to describe how wonderful my experience updating my passport was. The woman who helped me I want to day her name was Dorine but I may be wrong was delightful as hell. She’s very knowledgeable about the process and what she isn’t sure about, she takes the time to make sure she’s correct. There was some sensitive information involved so she very politely took the post master into the back to not reveal my information to other customers. My only complaint is that she was by herself, and she definitely should have had more help. But she handled it like a champion and was very friendly to every customer and took an appropriate amount of time to help everyone. If I could give her 20 out of 5 stars I would!
as others have said, dorine made a potentially stressful event into a very positive and funny visit to get my two daughter’s passports applications on their way! She is funny and helpful and put us all in a great mood…My 16 year old, 14 year old and I drove 1 1/2 hours each way to get there, bc there were no appointments close to us in Philadephia! She made it worth it
Had to visit today Oct 23 to look about my passport and my experience with the staff was just great. I think the name of the person who attended to me was Terri and she was the perfect example of a helpful, courteous and professional employee.
Everyone in that place is rude and dumb and nasty. Especially the postal carrier. She made a downright lie that my development "banned" me from getting packages delivered because I leave packages on top of the boxes???? I know this is because I complained about her not delivering my packages in the box. I always have to make a 30 mile trip to pick it up. And the so called supervisor believed her story! My development informed me they have no authority to ban anyone from delivering my mail. You would think a high paying STUPID visor would know this. When I suggested that maybe the postal carrier might of made this claim because she was mad I complained she said no "it was someone else". Oh ok! Well, I am not done with this issue yet. I am not satisfied with just giving a review. That postal carrier should be fired. I will find someone to speak with by phone if its the last thing I do. I will avoid that place if I can. Its not worth the stress!
We needed 5 passports and the office staff were all very patient and kind. Not sure what all the nasty reviews are for. We even had to call after we left and they answered quickly and helped answer our questions.
Just moved to the area, after reading the reviews it explains why in 21 days I haven't received one piece of mail, the mail carrier tries to delv the mail from the driver seat through passenger window and if he cant reach he wont delv. Not even a notice that my mail is being held at the post office, are you kidding me.. typical government job where there is no accountability or customer service. Spoke to the postmaster explained it's not my fault the carrier is fat and cant reach and she got upset because she is fat really it's your fault not mine, excersise dont be so lazy and weak your lazy weak minded habits show in your inability to work and not fail. I have no sympathy for someone who is stuck between the steering wheel and seat and cant reach through the passenger window when they make a conversion kit that is required for all carriers vehicles. So the best way to deal with it is start a campaign to use paperless billing and force stores to go ups or fed ex for there ability to do there job. And oh yea there attitudes at this one is on par with the rest of the USPS witch is hanging on by threads soon they will either fix there dead weight issues or collapse.
