I've had many years of positive engagement with the folks at the Henryville PO, then some time back, everything changed.  My letter carrier is terrified of snow flurries, Boston Terriers, and wasp nests located anywhere within 1000 yard radius of my mailbox.   He just won't deliver the mail in anything other than ideal conditions.   Now they have a new Post Master who is rude, angry, unprofessional and accusatory.  She is also possessed of poor diction and has severe limits in cognitive function.   She's just terrible

Always a problem with delivery of packages, either 'can't find residence' or delivered to wrong house. Nothing but problems with this post office.

Today they lost my package that UPS transferred to them. According to the tracking info, the delivery was attempted yesterday 12/14 and a note was left. There was no note. Today 12/15 they claimed to have made the delivery and should be in the mailbox. It was not. Nor was there a key for a bigger mailbox meant for packages that can't fit. When o called them today multiple times. I was given effortless help to find the package. The mailman claims he didn't have it and he would look for it tomorrow 12/16. I will delete this review if it's found. If not then you would have finished reading this.

My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong address. Very frustrating and  not the kind of service expected from a U.S. Postal office! Disappointed!
