Often get deliveries to wrong address or notified online the package is at the mailbox (up a steep, often slippery hill) when it is actually dropped at the house or, worse yet, a neighbor's house. The carrier has explained why this happens but that doesn't make it any easier on elderly people looking for their mail. I've also been told such delivery mistakes didn't happen when I have proof from the delivery notice online and my neighbor bringing the package by two days later - btw, you have to drive past my house to get to a neighbor. Now that the Post Office says all Amazon deliveries will now be completed by them it will only get worse - we order food through Amazon.

Everytime i order something, it seems to get delivered somewhere it shouldnt be. Last time, you delivered my package to the wrong house, which happened to be located on the other side of town. This time my package got sent to B.F.E in a completely different city. Why? I pay extra for higher than standard shipping, and you lose my packages. Why? You do realize there is a reason why the address is on the top of the package on a sticker in big bold letters. So why would my package get delivered to someone else's house in B.F.E instead of the address marked on the package and linked to the tracking number?
