If I could give them no stars I would. 
This is the second time in three months my outgoing mail has been lost and never reached the intended party. Not only has this caused late fees but has caused reprocessing fees to have the money orders voided and reprinted. I understand accidents happen but this is ridiculous.

I seem to have an ongoing issue with this post office.  I put mail in my box to be picked up, yet it is still there when I go to check my mail.  Even though I had mail delivered.  I have called about this problem at least 10 times within the past 5 years.  When I call to voice my concerns, I am informed that there was a "sub" that day.  Train your people, already.  Sheesh!
