Always great service

Horrible service, says delivery man "attempted" delivery, never rang doorbell or left sign sheet. It was a package that needed to be signed for. I waited all day, and nobody showed up. Called the post office the next day, man on the line was rude and disrespectful. Telling me that maybe I never ordered a package, because his people always do their job. Obviously not, I did not receive my package nor a sign sheet. I had to go in to collect my package and show proof of tracking. Don't waste your time. Will not be shipping anything through them here.

I had multiple package sent on each day of the week. My sender had the wrong address, so when i check me tracking i realized that one package was sent back to sender as they have a turn around time of same day undelivered mail back to sender. However i called in and they redirected the other packages that came in. So thank you guys for even calling me back to tell me that they you got my stuff . Thanks to the staff.
