Absolutely pathetic service. Left work early to make it in time, walked in at 4:25pm to ship a package, was told they were closing early at 4:30 and refused to help me. Meanwhile, another customer behind me with only a letter was sold a stamp so the letter could be mailed. How does that work? Literally please go anywhere else, the staff is the most rude and condescending group of people I've ever met.
I recently moved to a new area and was looking to rent out a PO box. I came to this office to set up the forms. While there I dropped off my package at the counter. The woman who was working -- I'm guessing she's new -- was very helpful and nice. When I walked in I rang the bell, she was in the backroom eating and her name tag looked new. I did go to this postal office early in the morning, about nine. Not nany people and not much happening outside. The outside did smell nice though, probably from the restaurant nearby.
I'm a new home owner in the area and wanted to get a PO box until we move in the end of summer, but in the early spring we stopped by to say hello and get used to the neighborhood and everyone was so happy and pleasant, since then a few of our friends have bought fixer uppers and it's a mighty fine neighborhood

It’s 2 pm on a Friday and I check my phone to see if they’re open, it says they are until 5pm. I walk there and it says closed until 3:30 pm. I was not gonna sit around for an hour and a half so I walked back home. I checked my phone again to see if I wasn’t insane but it still said open. I was mad and confused because I understand if the workers were in some sort of emergency or some other scenario, but it just seemed like they didn’t want to work or something. They posted a piece of paper on the door and pretended nobody was in the store. I don’t see why they didn’t leave one staff member available, this seemed lazy and arrogant on the workers side of things.
Wait times are longer recently because of less staff. Sometimes one postal worker for everyone who visits. The times I’ve been there, whoever is working has been very friendly and quick.
Beyond unprofessional, she wouldn’t give me the managers info & I had to ask 5 times until she finally did and I think it was a fake number. I’m positive all of these reviews are all about her too. & I don’t know who this lady thinks she is but Today I had to go back for another package and she decided to hold one HOSTAGE so I’ll just be having the police escort me I guess like wth?
I went to the Post Office this morning to ask why I had a package out for delivery Saturday morning that never arrived. The lady And I use that term lightly Behind the Counter Was the most ignorant useless Person I've.. ever come across. I asked her why it said no access to delivery. Tell me she didn't know anything about deliveries. I asked her why I got 3 junk mail letters in my mailbox but no package delivered. Shea ignorantly Told me in a miserable tone, I don't know nothing about . All I wanna know is when is my package going to get delivered and you can't get an answer. The postal service is going to h*** in a handbag Higher people at like doing that job.
Well where do we start. I am so tired of having to track packages that have been delivered to the wrong address. Yesterday I got a message stating that my package was delivered into my mailbox at 4:02pm well, needless to say there was no package just my normal mail and the front door was open so I could see when the mailman came and it was 4:02 pm but no package. I happened to look next door and saw a package sticking out of their mailbox and sure enough it was my package. I think that you should have your carriers eyes examined on a weekly basis and checked to see if they can really read. This is not the first time and I am tired of it. It happens again and I will file a complaint with the post master general.
Visited several weeks ago. I don't usually write bad reviews, but the one lady working at the counter was very slow and kept complaining about her job. I understand she was working on a Saturday...but is it that terrible to work at a post office?
