Really helpful people. Will do anything to help u find a lost or misdirected package. It'd be nice to have longer office hours, so u could go after work and get help mailing a package..

Staff has always been very friendly to me. USPS can be frustrating at times because of constant errors in shipping but the people that work here have nothing to do with those mistakes.

They always go beyond what they are required to do at the Masontown PO.

Slow service not many employees and the ones that are there are senior citizens. If your family are a locals you will receive better service. If you are new to the area you may be treated like you are bothering the older women who work there.
