This is the only post office close to my job. Unfortunately, in the few times that I have visited I have waited over 10 minutes to be assisted. After the tedious long line, I was greeted by a very rude associate by the name of Millie. Both times she was unable to resolve my issue or be of any assistance In the matter. I will now go out of my way to go to any other post office besides this one. Also, the office is not very clean and smells like feces.

The employees at this branch are consistently rude, inattentive, and ignorant to how the office should be run. Each time I enter this post office there is a long line to which the staff ignores or serves at a snails pace. The last two visits to this office were terrible enough for me to make formal complaints, which in of itself is a more arduous task than one would think. I have yet to have a decent or even subpar experience at this office. Each and every time has been a drawn out and unnerving event.

The lobby is very small. There are only two clerk stations. Even at busy times, there may be only one Clerk helping customers.So the wait can be pretty long.

Monday afternoon ... only 1 person working ...10 people waiting online about 6 left ... very very slow service..took more than 30 mins just to get to the window .....
