Al at the counter is the best. Great local guy, always helpful and friendly.  My local mailman is always great also. Mix ups happens when it comes to mail, but rarely with my delivery people. Lines do get long with people buying money orders. Al should be the postmaster and fix things.

Holding mail while we travel but periodically it gets delivered.  Asked them to stop and meet with a scartastic attitude.  
Al and most people at the counter,  however are great.

Al is awesome. I would give this post office 5 stars if i only had to deal with Al. The woman everyone speaks of is quite possibly one of the most rude and miserable people I have ever met.

Honestly to avoid how rude everyone ive encountered at this uspo id recommend taking the extra like 5 minutes to drive im the direction of the palisades exits 13S and use the post office past the supermarket/shopping mall and animal hospital but before the stop light. Its small but the people there are always nice and don't make you feel like yiure burdening them by asking to do their jobs. So yeah, use the pomona post office and avoid the Garnerville location.

I would give this zero stars if possible. The little old lady that works there has a massive attitude. She should either retire or take a job where she doesn't work with the public. She is a real See You Next Tuesday
