This place is getting worst and worst.. I've been coming here for years. At lease 3 huge packages coming from Japan very month, And I have at least 30 packages to send out every month.  I have ever had any problems with people inside the USPS or anything mail man who deliver packages to my home in the past two years. Never ever!! I was happy with them and I love this place so much!  Until recent visits, every time is unsatisifacation and stressful..The darker skin young lady needs to be nicer to customers and maybe not giving so much hard time to me.  To be honest, right now  I'm afraid to come to place, I have to make sure she's not around, if she's working that day I choose to come back another time. This is my recent visit traumas from this place.

Took them forever to pick up the phone! Once picked up was put on hold for over 25 minutes. Intercept package request was unsuccessful. They need to provide much better service!

My packages were not delivered on time even though they were out for delivery yesterday. Still haven't received them. USPS sucks and lies

I compare the USPS to a very non-responsible thug off the streets who takes no responsibility for his actions, doesn't care whom he offends, and thinks he can get away with anything. These are pretty much the people working in these government jobs. Sickening! When you call with a problem they really don't care about the public at all. What do they care if you've been waiting on a package and it doesn't show up at all or if it arrives looking as though the mailman or delivery person (whomever/whatever they decide to pass it off on for the day) jumped on it like a trampoline. Or they just drop the box on your doorstep even if marked fragile. It just seems to get worse with each day. And the absolutely worst part is THEY DO NOT CARE!!! The people specifically (most of them) in the Fords office are very seldom helpful and they always seem to carry an attitude especially this one older woman with long dark hair who always looks stone-faced. They act like they are doing you a HUGE favor when in actuality they wouldn't even have a job were it not for the people who come in there. You people should be treating your patrons better. I know several people who don't even want to go to this post office or the Perth Amboy/Fords one because of the rudeness you get from USPS employees and their lack of care attitudes. Sad....very sad.

Despicable scam artists. Lost mail then retroactively changed tracking information. After a case  had been open. Over a month later! Didn't even bother to do it well.
