Had a difficult time locating package after delivery. Went to the post office & truck driver came back out to my house to help. Important textbooks. They went above & beyond!

This one lady gave so much attitude when I asked a simple question of the price of stamps. This wasn't the first time someone has been rude to me in this location.

They literally take their own time when it comes to delivering packages as if they are doing you a favor.

They do not put your mail in your box. When you ask at the windows they have one standard response.  The new, young people do not take the extra step. There is no quality customer service.

Thanks for making me wait 3 hours for a passport only to be informed that "the list was full for the day." 

If you're going to have a list you should require appointments. I called earlier in the week simply to make an appointment so my visited would be expedited. Thank you for wasting my time. Employees were nice, but no one seemed to inform me that there would be a "full list".
