If I could do no stars I would . We have a multiple unit mailbox... lived here for 13 years...for some reason in the past year or so if we don't check our mail daily they send our mail back saying we moved. Had to go to the Post office and pick it up and tell them we have not moved. Two months later they do it again. Same story...then 1 1/2 later they do it again. I've had important papers sent back and this has been going on all year. I've never filed any papers saying I'm moving...no holds on mail...the carrier just does it all by themselves. I don't understand this. And apparently I can't do anything about it.

Small package misplaced. Even during the busy month of December, staff still very helpful in trying to help locate it. In five years, this is only my first package misplaced.

Had meds shipped to my house with tracking number from VA pharmacy. Meds never arrived, tracking notice stated they were delivered. Opened a complaint on line. Local folks at PO listed complaint as "resolved" because the carrier "remembered" putting the package in my mail box. Package showed up a week later, the carrier put it in someone else's box and they were kind enough to bring them to me.
