I'd have better luck tying my mail to a weather balloon or untrained pigeon. This office is one of those places you'd avoid like the plague, because, like the plague, you know with 100% certainty that they're going to mishandle your packages. They're a fundamental lesson that in life some things are unfair, and some people/organizations take great pride in meting out that unfortunate truth. I've had several deliveries go through transit at this location. Every time the package sits in limbo for one business week at this location—regardless of shipping or mail type. The USPS shipping logs read like they're torn from a time-traveler's diary. They show processing at the beginning of the week only to have it magically appear back at this office by Thursday. And for their trouble of pretending to deliver the package? Well, they hold it over the weekend and the vicious cycle continues. I've had customers complain constantly enough that I'll no longer be using USPS for the sole fear of having my package land at this location. So take that USPS Auburn. Vengeance is mine and my passive-aggressive comment will stand the test of time for more countless, forgotten packages.

I was originally informed that the package I ordered has a wrong address. I scheduled a redelivery. The next day it said again the address was insufficient. I gave the clerk the correct address. Then, I scheduled to have the package picked up at this post office. The package was for someone else. He went to pick it up and they confirmed it was there but it couldn't be picked up that day cause of some policy. They said he would have to come back tomorrow. I called first thing that day to make sure it wasn't returned to sender. The clerk then tells me it was never available at the post office for pick and was returned the day before. I have been told 5 different things from employees at this location and the call center. I spent $150 on this gift plus shipping. It's now being sent back and I'll have to wait for to repurchase and get it delivered AGAIN. At this point they should be responsible for all costs that I paid.

They seem to have reputation here for lost packages and slow service. I can confirm both. And they don't know when to staff employees because they seem to always have the fewest people working when there is the highest amount of traffic

It’s almost comical how incompetent this post office is. The most unfortunate thing about them is they are funded by us, the taxpayer and they have shown that means absolutely nothing to them. They deliver mail to the wrong address at least once a week, the delivery driver is always on her phone (I’ve said thank you as she has dropped packages at the door and she paid absolutely no mind because of the phone), doesn’t knock to notify packages are there, and to top it off she has started this new thing of saying “receptacle blocked” when in fact it is by no means blocked (to add insult to injury both my neighbor and I have door mailboxes that are postmaster approved). I’ve had 2 different mail people who have never said that at any point in time. The mail is delivered at inconsistent times. Overall summary this place is the worst joke you’ve ever heard.
