Horrible...I just moved last month. Had my mail forwarded Dec 11 to the new address. Builder notified post office that boxes were up and running and appropriate keys were delivered. I received my updated car insurance card, and that’s been it in the past month. Had calls from my employer and other companies stating mail with my new address had been returned back to them. Expecting important documents and none have been received. Had a package returned stating “there was a problem with the address”. Intercepted the mail carrier yesterday. She said she didn’t have keys to my box. Said she was getting mail for my address and just “taking it back”. Where??? Told me to “go to water street to figure it out”. Are you kidding me!!! My builder is on this as well, but where is my mail??? And how was I supposed to know there was any issue with the address until i was informed my mail was being returned to sender.

Most of the clerk's are VERY helpful and efficient. Occasionally I will get one woman who seems unhappy to be there... but for the most part they are very nice even with long lines. One woman in particular seems to remember everyone and she makes everyone smile while doing a great job.

The worst service I’ve seen in my life. Since moving to Toms River we rarely get our mail. Packages never arrive. Counter people and customer service are very rude when you try to find out what is going on. Absolutely ridiculous that major changes have not been made at this location after consistent 1 star reviews. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star

Aside from my carrier delivering my mail to the wrong address and not closing the lid to my mail box when its raining on many occasions . Today this one took the cake. I found my mail on the windshield of my car today. I had some kids shovel my drive way and walk from the snow but I guess some of the snow drifted across the sidewalk. So my mail carrier delivered my mail today 1-6-18 to my car. Had it stuck under my wiper blades with 2 pieces of mail on the ground.and one packages on my car wind shield. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!. I HAVE A MAIL BOX MOUNTED TO MY HOUSE.

.my mail went MIA...there was aperson that confest. ........that this office is and has been ....Checking the out going Mail..places of intrest..........like Trenton ; Newark ....offices.........why this so call person said this. Thier is a NJ Stat. on this person .he pea. Bargain ...they are finding out more if this person..was stop by a NJ State Trooper .on a DUI....he made a deal......is this ture.!! The rest is kept. Classfied..is this true.story.???? Who knows .but I do that .to keep my Driver Lic....pea bargain..on the side of the road .stay out of Jail..sure would.whatgos around comes round Now that is a true story. .
