The staff is very nice and helpful but this is not the first time I’ve paid for 2nd day delivery and my tracking shows that my package sat in Richmond for 3 days!!!
Thanks to you USPS my 94 yr old Father never received his Christmas present. 👎🏻

Worst post office hours I’ve ever experienced. Never open for the normal working person. Doesn’t open till 8 on weekdays which I can live with. But closes from 1 to 2 and then closes again at 4:30 for the day. Saturday is the worst!! Opens at 10:30 and closes at 1. Wish I worked these kind of hours.

I pay for two day delivery for a package to be delivered, they wait to deliver to.my gated community close to.there closing time to.where i can't receive my item, there weekend deliveries are lazy, so don't plan on.receiving your items on.Time.

This Post Office located in Locust Grove, VA while physically small is easy to get in and out of quickly and is great in large part due to its outstanding efficient, friendly, and professional staff.
