Went to the post office because i had a package that said it had been delivered on the 8th of decand on the 11 if dec i still hadnt recieved it. Waited my turn behind 5 people when it was my turn i had my phone to give the lady my tracking number she told me she didnt have time to search for my package and that i would have to wait while she waited on the 7 people behind me. Fter waiting on them she asked my last name and went on back to look she found it. Someone wrote my last name in marker snd a different numbers for my adressess. She dropped it when she sat it on the counter.she was very rude and very unprofessional.
