My experience at the self-service machine was very positive.  My Forever stamps were delivered promptly and effortlessly.  I can't recommend this machine enough.  Thank you USPS for this fantastic technological marvel.

So far all staffs are great with me and help me out with the services I need. 
ESP. One gentleman he is super service delivery to every customers. I like his professionalism a lot.

The worst excuse of a business of any kind I have ever encountered!!! 3 years ago  we had problems getting packages at the office, they it was an un deliverable address, Seems funny to me Fed-x and UPS could find it. Finally went to the Post master who said he would come to my office and take a look, Remember this was 3 years ago,  not sure when he's coming!!
 Recently I have 4 packages that said they were delivered, all I got was a note in the mail box that said they were at the post office. If I wanted to drive across town, it wouldn't be as far to go to the store and buy the items. The whole reason I shop on line. And the argent attitudes of the employees at the post office! Wow, just WOW!!!

Worst post office ever. I have been trying to call because a package was put in a position box even though I have mail forwarding set up. Can't visit because I live 100 miles away but everyone there is too lazy to pick up the phone and answer even when another post office calls them. They got reported to a post master as a result. They could all get fired for all I care now. They obviously don't care.

I received a peach slip for a postage due I tried contacting them but the call doesn’t redirect you to someone you can actually talk to. The thing I don’t like the most is the carrier did not fill out the slip completely all they did was leave a check next to the box that applied to not being able to deliver the package. Also I tried going to the post office downtown because I don’t get off of work on time to stop by during the week so  I looked up the hours and it said it’s open until 2 on saturdays and it was just the lobby that’s open when I walked in, NOT OKAY DUDE
