Horrible experience!  Paid for next day delivery.  It was guaranteed to be delivered by noon today or money back.  Tracking number says in transit. Been on hold for 35 minutes already.  These people make great money.....do your job and deliver the package and answer the damn phone!!!  I will never go back there again!

Won't answer the phone, keep getting mail for a lady who lives several streets over. Probably missing more of my own mail than I actually get. What more could I expect from a government agency?

Great customer service but does have a tendency to be busy. Be prepared to wait in line.

I ship dozens of packages a year for 15 years at this location on any given day of the week for online business. I have NEVER waited more than 20 minutes in line even when the line was out the door ten people deep. I would guess that half of these people giving poor reviews are not mad at the branch, but mad at the USPS in general and alot of others are simply not telling the truth about their experience. 50 visits a year for 15 years now and NEVER has there been only one employee on duty. Resent and exaggeration is not a valid review.

There's usually a 15-30 minute wait to be served during the middle of the day. However, if you're using endicia labels to ship with you can usually walk in and leave your packages on the counter and walk right out. It just depends on what kind of shipping you're there for. You don't get a receipt this way though. Perhaps for the holidays this location could hire a few more employees to get more people through the line and out the door.
