I can’t say I have ever posted a review of a government agency but in this instance I think it’s important. I don’t know what’s happened here in the past but I can say as of October 2017 customer service I witnessed was incredibly professional I had the best experience two days ago at this post office. I walked in the door ...there were 25 people in line and I thought oh my gosh I’m going to be here all afternoon. Before I finished that thought a woman came out from behind the counter, went through everyone in line inquiring if anybody had any packages to simply drop off. A few customers did and the employee took those packages to the back and the weight line quickly diminished down to less than 20 people . Literally less than five minutes later I was up at the counter and the very helpful woman (I think her name was Betty) offered to find me a less expensive way to ship what I was shipping .... now who does that?! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and saved half the cost of my shipping thanks to a very thoughtful employee delivering great customer service . Applause to the employees and the management of this location! Did someone in management here used to work for Disney or something ?

I agree with the review below! Extremely sarcastic and rude. We are so tired of our neighbors delivering our mail. When we first moved here we had a mail woman who was stopping at homes apparently doing drugs for hours on end so we didn't receive any mail because she would stay too long at her pit stops and supposedly around 6-7 at night would just take the mail back to her house and toss it verses deliver. So we were patient through that and told because it was a government employee, they had to yet again give her another chance at rehab? While we hope she got help at the time, frankly we just wanted our mail and a legit mail carrier. Seemed simple. This was approx 2-3 years ago. That woman is gone but now we have a new one everyday it seems and still, less mail than we should be receiving. The post master doesn't seem to care or whomever it is we're speaking to when we call. Please get your act together up there. It's mail! People's personal mail and should not be taken lightly. As far as the clerks on sight, very nice! Too bad they weren't out here as the carriers. Please do something about how you're running this particular location. Enough is enough already. Years of this. Years! Uncalled for! Obscured!

I don't know if others who rated this post office poorly went on an off day because I has a great experience today. I went after 5pm and there were 3 employees working. Each one of them were polite and helpful. It's too bad that a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.

I called this post office today to express my concerns about several instances wherein they failed to follow their own guidelines on delivery.: including delivery to the wrong address and failure to deliver even registered mail. Here's what I was told (by a worker named Corey), in a nutshell: (1) They do not care about reviews (2) They are not responsible to the public (3) They don't have time to address complaints (4) They're not concerned about public opinion (5) Non-deliveries or errors can't be helped I spoke with Corey, who was not only incredibly sarcastic and rude (one comment was that he could care less about public dissatisfaction), but kept insisting that nothing was his fault because he was new and had only been working there for two months. The USPS, the last I checked, gained the Amazon account for that company's shipping fulfillment (and they needed it as they were assuredly in financial jeopardy). However, it looks as though they still do not value the public and customer service is not important to them - much less making sure that the mail gets delivered correctly and efficiently. That being said, there are some really good branches out there that I've dealt with personally and professionally, but this branch, time after time, as proven that they are incredibly sub-par and amazingly inept.
