Mr. Cates, very unprofessional. Long waits. Waiting as i type. RUDE. Dont explain things correctly. Not thorough with procedures. Worker had no knowledge of what is sent to what adress and when. Did not request info in a timely manner. Adds insult to injury, literally. Security really is pointless, uninformative and quite frankly, a waste of money, especially for more than one. They are so disorganized. Ask you for documents you retreive to not send them back not make all the copies they ask for. Its very unprofessional.

The gentleman that performed our interview was pleasant and completed our paperwork efficiently. One of the NSA agents, K. Staples, however yelled at our disabled son and threatened us with forced removal, absolutely horrible individual.

From Miss Cook to people answering the phone I have found this office to be knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I have been there twice in last month and called twice and all times they answered all my questions promptly with 100% accuracy. Thanks to the Daytona Office:)

This is the most difficult office to ever have to associated with. There ever rude and disrespectful to most. They think that everyone is stupid. And they don't care if they help you or not.
