I dropped a package off at their drop box Monday, and it was never scanned in. I just got notification that it was scanned in on Friday at another post office. They sorted and sent it without ever scanning, so to anyone checking tracking, it looks like I mailed it five days late from a different location! I'm peeved! It's true they never answer the phone. Regarding carriers: the foreman at this office pretty much ensures only union workers stick around. That's how you get that much incompetence with such little accountability.

Came to do a news story on the local post office and the services provided, when i was confronted by 2 postal employees impeding my First Amendment Right to document Public Service Officials in the course of their duties. A false report was made to police and resources were used to educate the employees on public filming.

I have used this Post Office for almost 40 years. It greatly saddens me to see how shabby and ill-maintained the grounds are. There is no excuse for not pulling weeds and blowing off the concrete. Now that water restrictions have been lifted, a little watering would be nice too. Makes one wonder where my postage income is going.

Quite possibly the WORST postal office I've ever encountered. For an exurban post office the employees are horrible. The lines in the office itself are usually out the door, the counter employees are belligerent, arrogant, move more slowly than I would ever tolerate from my people. We've had packages disappear routinely. The carriers lie routinely, the supervisors cover up for their carriers routinely. We've lost hundreds of dollars on product that "disappeared" they claim were delivered. We routinely get other people's mail and end up doing their job an ave of 2-3 times per week delivering mail to people on different streets from ours. When you complain they retaliate (had my mail box knocked off the stand by the carrier's truck four times so far in the days following complaints). Unfortunately they've got a monopoly and companies refuse to use UPS or other carriers. So we're stuck.

Use UPS or FedEx. Overall this organization/business has failed us completely. What a representation of our country and government.
